Located in a quiet, secluded residential area mere steps from the sand, this peaceful abode offers pure tranquility - you can even hear the ocean from here! From the moment you first arrive, you will fall in love with this property’s lush tropical setting and lovely landscaped yard, which is completely fenced and surrounded by palm trees, Hawaiian Ti plants, birds of paradise, and ferns. Automatic sprinklers and professional gardeners ensure that this amazing outdoor oasis stays well maintained. This area also stays very well lit at night! Look forward to sipping your morning coffee outside on the large sunny patio with shady table, chairs and patio umbrella, or on the covered front porch, complete with additional chairs and lounges.
